  • To reserve your space you can pay the one time payment amount of $2,650.00

  • A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit  of $300.00 due to reserve your space.
  • A monthly payment of $300.00 is due to keep your reservation active. Reservations are considered inactive if payments are not made monthly, and will be subject to cancelation.

                             DOUBLE OCCUPANCY​
  • To reserve your space you can pay the one time payment amount of $1,885.00PP

  • A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $200.00 per person is due to reserve your space.
  • A monthly payment of $200.00 is due to keep your reservation active. Reservations are considered inactive if payments are not made monthly and will be subject to cancelation.
  • Final Payment Due:  July 12, 2024

reservation terms & conditions

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions.
  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together.  If payment is not deposited on the same day of the lead passenger, the additional guest(s) will incur a $55.00 reservation revision fee at the time of booking. The lead passenger reservation will be booked as a "single occupancy".
  • All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • Due to strict contractual obligations with our suppliers, any and all payments on customized group trips are  non-transferable, and non-refundable. 
  • Monthly payments are required to keep reservations current. Our agency processes payments on the 15th and 30th of each month, unless you are enrolled in our Automatic Monthly Billing Plan you can select either date to make your payment. ​
  • Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
  • ​Name changes or additions are allowed for a revision fee of $55.00 up until the final payment date. Reservations revisions are prohibited after final payment.
  • Please contact Rich Events If you plan to  miss a scheduled payment. Please email all cancelation requests in writing. We will not accept text message cancellations. If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment Rich Events will assume that you have canceled your reservation and no refunds will be issued.
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest(s) added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Canceled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee.
  • Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expense and more. Your current medical insurance does not cover any medical issues you may incur during international travel.

TRAVEL CHECKLIST
  • A valid passport is required to travel to Antigua.
  • A Covid-19 test is required by Rich Events, LLC, for this group experience, 72 hours (3 days) prior to your departure. We will accept a screenshot or email of your test results.
  • This is a "Woman Only" Experience​​​
  • Communication is key. It is the travelers responsibility to notify Rich Events of any changes to your mailing or email address.
  • ​Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents will be sent via mail 20 days or earlier prior to travel.
