planning fees
In order, to perform the professional services required to plan and coordinate a memorable travel experience our agency charges Vacation Planning Fees. Travel planning involves much time, our travel curators work is based on years of personal experience, knowledge and professional expertise.
You will receive a full itinerary land/air, cruise, round-trip ground transportation and optional tours. Land itineraries will receive an option of 3 hotels/resorts.
Our agency planning fees are non-refundable and are not applied to your vacation package. Payment is due after the initial consultation, no work will begin until the planning fee is paid. When you're ready to proceed your Consultant will send you an invoice. Payments are collected via Paypal.
