When I first got engaged I knew I wanted a destination wedding; I had no clue as to where to start first. I was referred to Rich events through my aunt who heard of the company and great things about them. So I took a chance. Choosing Rich events without knowing anybody who has used them in the past was taking a shot in the dark. Just like my destination wedding which I also took a shot in the dark, turned out to be the best choices I have took without ever having past experience.My travel and wedding coordinator, Tracy, really help me through the process and made everything easier for me. Tracy always answered my calls, text, and emails quickly. She gave me detail information and always kept me in the loop via emails with the resort, guest, and suppliers. What I loved most about Tracy is she wanted to get to know me as a person first. It wasn't just business for her it was starting a friendship; she was a ear to listen and a advisor. Also, when I would fall off (get caught up in everyday life) she would keep me on track with the wedding and deadlines. Another thing I admire about Tracy is she's outspoken and not in a bad way. For example, Tracy would come to me and tell me what the resort could offer, if she felt that I could get more based on what I paid for she would say I dont think you should except that offer, let's see if we could get you some extra food options, decor, amenities, etc for what your paying for. Tracy was also very patient throughout my two year process; last minute changes, add-ons, guest concerns, and my concerns.I highly recommended Tracy and Rich events for any weddings, family, and personal getaways. Thank you Tracy for all you have done for me and my husband.
