payment details

Early Bird non-refundable deposit of $100 per person by December 7th, 2023
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is due by December 18, 2023
Monthly payments of $150 (minimum) per person is due by the 5th of each month to keep your reservation active.
Final Payment Due: July 5, 2024

reservation terms & conditions

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions.
  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together.  If payment is not deposited on the same day of the lead passenger, the additional guest(s) will incur a $55.00 reservation revision fee at the time of booking. The lead passenger reservation will be booked as a "single occupancy".
  • All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • Due to strict contractual obligations with our suppliers, any and all payments on customized group trips are non-refundable and non-transferable to another trip. 
  • Monthly payments are required to keep reservations current. Our agency processes payments on the 15th and 30th of each month, unless you are enrolled in our Automatic Monthly Billing Plan you can select either date to make your payment. Payments made after the 30th will incur a $50.00 late payment fee. 
  • Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
  • Name changes or additions are allowed for a revision fee of $55.00 up until the final payment date. Reservations revisions are prohibited after final payment.
  • Please contact Rich Events of missed payment or cancellation in writing. If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment Rich Events will assume that you have canceled your reservation and no refunds will be issued.
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest(s) added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Canceled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee.
  • Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expense and more. Your current medical insurance does not cover any medical issues you may incur during international travel.

  TRAVEL CHECKLIST
  • ​Traveling abroad requires a passport valid six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
  • When making your reservation you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment options. If you select a payment plan, you will automatically be added to our auto-bill payment plan option.
  • Please review our Auto-Bill Payment Plan Option.
  • If you choose the monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.
  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via mail 20 days or earlier prior to travel. 
  • It is the guest's responsibility to notify Rich Events of any changes to your mailing or email address.

Please be aware that by attending this group travel experience, you grant Rich Events, LLC, permission to utilize your name, image, likeness acts, poses, plays appearance, movements and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or during the trip (regardless of whether before, during or after the trip) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from or compensation to you, or anyone acting on your behalf.
