Milan is known for its fashion and shopping scene, making it a popular destination for those looking to indulge in some retail therapy.  Join Rich Events this holiday season as we visit the shopping destination in Milan. Our shopping adventures include the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, one of the world's oldest shopping malls, the Quadrilatero della Moda, a high-end fashion district featuring designer stores and boutiques, and Serravalle Designer Outlet.

​We will also check out the Corso Buenos Aires shopping street and the Brera district, known for its trendy and eclectic shops, all while we sample some local cuisine, and take in the city's rich history and culture. Our stay will be at the 4 star The Square Milano Duomo, steps away from the Piazza Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.

  • A monthly payment of $350.50 is due to keep your reservation active. Reservations are considered inactive if payments are not made monthly, and will be subject to cancelation.
  • Final Payment is due November 3, 2023.

  • A monthly payment of $250.00 per person is due to keep your reservation active. Reservations are considered inactive if payments are not made monthly, and will be subject to cancelation.

RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • ​Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions.​
  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together.  If payment is not deposited on the same day of the lead passenger, the additional guest(s) will incur a $55.00 reservation revision fee at the time of booking. The lead passenger reservation will be booked as a "single occupancy".
  • All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • Due to strict contractual obligations with our suppliers, any and all payments on customized group trips are  non-transferable to another trip. 
  • Monthly payments are required to keep reservations current. Our agency processes payments on the 15th of each month, unless you are enrolled in our Automatic Monthly Billing Plan you select a date for your card to be charged monthly.​
  • Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
  • Name changes or additions are allowed for a revision fee of $55.00 up until the final payment date. Reservations revisions are prohibited after final payment.
  • Please contact Rich Events of missed payment or cancellation in writing. If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment Rich Events will assume that you have canceled your reservation and no refunds will be issued.
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest(s) added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Canceled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee.
  • ​Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expense and more. Your current medical insurance does not cover any medical issues you may incur during international travel. ​

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please click here TravelSafe to review policies, rates and purchase travel insurance.
  • Effective June 1, travels to Italy no longer requires proof of vaccination, full recovery of Covid-19 or a negative molecular or antigenic test. Additionally, travelers will no longer need to complete a Passenger Locator Form.
  • Rich Events is asking for all travelers to know their Covid-19 status before departure. Therefore, we require all travelers booked for this experience to test 3 days prior to departure.
  • The authorities of Milan apply a city tax on all hotels and certain tour services. The tax requires a contribution of  5.00 Euros ($5.50 USD) per person per night for hotels. It will be charged and collected by the hotel and is payable in cash only.
  • To assure that you're able to charge your devices while in Milan, you will need an International Travel Adapter. We recommend to check Amazon.
  • Communication is key. It is the travelers responsibility to notify Rich Events of any changes to your mailing or email address.

Please be aware that by attending this group travel experience, you grant Rich Events, LLC, permission to utilize your name, image, likeness acts, poses, plays appearance, movements and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or during the trip (regardless of whether before, during or after the trip) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from or compensation to you, or anyone acting on your behalf.
