Agency Terms & Conditions
Rich Events, shall not be liable, for any personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, or any other loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of any act, omission or negligence of any direct air carrier, motor coach company, hotel or any other person rendering any service or providing any accommodation or event in conjunction with the travel package.
Rich Events shall not be liable, for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, sustained as a result of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, Government action (Deployment), weather, act of God, failure to make timely payments, or any other reason beyond Rich Events.
You are required to submit your name as it appears on your Passport or State Identification along with your date of birth when making your reservation.
Friends traveling together, staying in the same room are required to make their initial deposit together. A double or triple occupancy room will have 24 hours from the lead passenger deposit to make his/her deposit. If payment is not received within 24 hours from the lead passenger, the additional guest(s) will incur a $55.00 reservation revision fee, to be paid with deposit. The lead passenger rate will be adjusted to reflect a single occupancy. The Reservation Revision Fee is not applied to the reservation and will not reduce the amount of the balance.
All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments. Monthly payments are recommended but not mandatory. Travelers who are enrolled in our Automatic Monthly Billing Plan are required to keep reservations current. Our agency processes payments on the 15th and 30th of each month. You can select either date to make your payment.
Payments made after the 30th of the month, will incur a late payment fee of $50.00, this fee is not applied to the reservation and does not reduce the balance.
You’re required to contact Rich Events of missed payments by telephone or email with the date you plan to make a payment. If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment, our agency will assume that you have cancelled your reservation. If travel protection was declined, no refund will be issued.
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore we recommend travel protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expense and more. Your current medical insurance does not cover any medical issues you may incur during international travel.

Rich Events, will charge a fee of $150.00 per person for all canceled vacation packages. This fee is not covered under any purchased travel insurance and is separate from charges incurred from the airline and hotel due to cancellation. If the owed fees are not paid to Rich Events, we will automatically charge the credit card on file for the owed amount. Effective February 1, 2019.
Reservation Revision Fee
Reservation revisions such as name changes, adding additional travelers to a reservation after the initial deposit or the transfer of a reservation will be subjected to a fee of $55.00 per change, per person plus any additional charge from the travel supplier, hotel and airline. *Airfare is non-refundable after booking.
Late Payment Fee
Reservations paid after the initial deposit, final payment or scheduled payment plan will be charged a late payment fee of $50.00 per person. The late fee is not applied to your reservation and does not reduce the amount of your balance. Final payments that are 7 days past the final payment due date will be cancelled automatically with no refunds.
The agency fees are not applied to your reservation and are not covered through the purchase of travel protection.
