Hotel Riu Plaza España features a rooftop terrace and puts you just steps from Gran Via Street. You can splash around at the seasonal outdoor pool, visit the restaurant for a bite to eat, or unwind with a drink at one of the 2 bars/lounges. Other highlights at this upscale hotel include a fitness center, a snack bar/deli, and a terrace.

RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • ​Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions.​
  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together.  If payment is not deposited on the same day of the lead passenger, the additional guest(s) will incur a $55.00 reservation revision fee at the time of booking. The lead passenger reservation will be booked as a "single occupancy".
  • All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • Due to strict contractual obligations with our suppliers, any and all payments on customized group trips are  non-transferable to another trip. 
  • Monthly payments are required to keep reservations current. Our agency processes payments on the 15th of each month, unless you are enrolled in our Automatic Monthly Billing Plan you select a date for your card to be charged monthly.​
  • Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
  • Name changes or additions are allowed for a revision fee of $55.00 up until the final payment date. Reservations revisions are prohibited after final payment.
  • Please contact Rich Events of missed payment or cancellation in writing. If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment Rich Events will assume that you have canceled your reservation and no refunds will be issued.
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest(s) added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Canceled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee.
  • ​Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expense and more. Your current medical insurance does not cover any medical issues you may incur during international travel. ​

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

  • If you're booking you're on air, the airport code for Madrid is (MAD).
  • ​Please make sure your flight information is received by the agent or agency no later than 2 weeks prior to departure to ensure your airport transportation in Madrid.
  • To assure that you're able to charge your devices while in Madrid, you will need an International Travel Adapter. Click here for the travel adapter that we recommend.
  • Communication is key. It is the travelers responsibility to notify Rich Events of any changes to your mailing or email address.
