Rich Events offers the following payment plans: Payment in full, Monthly payments (required), Auto-monthly pay

  • To reserve your space you can pay the one time payment amount of $3,475.00

  • Option #1: A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $250.00 is due to reserve your space.
  • Option #2: A non-refundable, non-transferable payment of $1,737.50.
  • Option #3: A monthly payment of $200.00 is due to keep your reservation active. Reservations are considered inactive if payments are not made monthly, and will be subject to cancelation. 
  • Final Payment Due: March 2, 2026
                          DOUBLE OCCUPANCY
  • ​To reserve your space you can pay the one time payment amount of $2,305.00PP

​RESERVATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • ​​Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions.​​
  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together.  If payment is not deposited on the same day of the lead passenger, the lead passenger reservation will be booked as a "single occupancy".
  • All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • Due to strict contractual obligations with our suppliers, all payments on customized group trips are non-refundable and non-transferable to another trip. 
  • Monthly payments are required to keep reservations current. Our agency processes payments on the 30th of each month, unless you are enrolled in our Automatic Monthly Billing Plan you select a date for your card to be charged monthly.​
  • Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes.   • Name changes or additions are allowed for a revision fee of $55.00 up until the final payment date. Reservations revisions are prohibited after final payment.
  • Please contact Rich Events of missed payment or cancellation in writing. If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment Rich Events will assume that you have canceled your reservation and no refunds will be issued.
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest(s) added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Canceled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee.
  • ​Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expense and more. ​
