Inside, custom designed and fabricated furniture bring a modern look to every room with brand new corner closets doubling as sleek and spacious nightstands. Highly threaded, soft linen from India has been chosen for the king and queen beds which offer a cool and gentle covering. 

​King-bed rooms also feature an additional sofa-bed and two chairs, with double-queen rooms offering two easy chairs and a corner bench. In the newly designed bathrooms, guests will find custom designed vanities and showers with full closing doors.
​Premium Aloe Vera shampoo and body wash will come in every shower along with large, soft bath towels sourced with Indian fabrics.

The Premium Oceanfront room is located directly on the beach and just steps from the ocean. This room includes one king bed or two queen beds with deluxe
soft linens and bedside USB charging stations, A/C, 55-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime, hair dryer, ironing board, mini-fridge, Nespresso-style coffee machine and telephone.

​Newly designed bathrooms come with custom vanities and showers. King rooms come with sofa-bed and two chairs. Queen rooms have two easy chairs and a corner bench.

How To Reserve Your Trip
A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $50.00 per person is due at the time of booking. 
 Please add your 3-digit security code (CVV) in the comments section to complete your payment process. 
Incomplete submissions will not be processed.
50% of Reservation Balance paid by August 1, 2025.
Remaining Balance paid in full by November 10, 2025.
Monthly Payment Plans & Flex Pay Financing Options Available

Final payments are subject to cancellation if final payment is not paid by the due date.
​Final payment extensions are at the sole discretion of the travel vendor and not Rich Events. 

A valid Passport is required to travel to Aruba.  
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

reservation terms & conditions

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions .
  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together. If payment is not received the same day of the lead passenger, the additional guest(s) will incur a $55.00 reservation revision fee when added to the reservation.
  • All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • All payments to Rich Events are ​non-refundable and non-transferable. This  is because Rich Events has contractual agreements with cruise lines, hotels,
    airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly
    payments.​​
  • ​Please contact Rich Events of missed payment or cancellation in writing. If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment Rich Events will assume
    that you have canceled your reservation and no refunds will be issued.    ​
  •  ​​​Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
  • ​Name changes or additions are allowed for a revision fee of $55.00 up until the final payment date. Reservations revisions are prohibited after final payment.
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest(s) added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Cancelled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee.
  • Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore we recommend purchasing Travel Protection. Your current medical insurance may not cover any medical issues you may incur during international travel.

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
