RESERVATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions.
  • You are required to register your full name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together.  If payment is not deposited on the same day of the lead passenger, the lead passenger will be booked as a single occupancy reservation. Roommates that booked separately, please add the name of the person you're rooming with in the "Additional Information" section of the registration form. 
  • All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • Due to strict contractual obligations with our supplier, deposits and payments on this customized group trips are non-refundable and non-transferable to another trip. 
  • Payments made after the final due date will incur a $100.00 late payment fee, this fee is not added to the balance of your reservation. If your reservation cancels due to late payment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.00 per person.​
  • A valid Passports is required in order to travel too Dubai.
  • Name changes or additions to the reservation are allowed up until final payment. These changes will incur a revision fee of $55.00. Reservations revisions are prohibited after final payment.
  • Please contact Rich Events if you plan to miss a payment or if you have to cancel in writing. If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment Rich Events will assume that you have canceled your reservation. No refunds will be issued.
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest(s) added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Canceled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is due at the time of cancellation unless other arrangements have been made with our agency. Your reservation will remain active with our supplier until the cancelation fee has been received. This can result in a delay in any refunds from the supplier, and or you incurring additional fees.​
  • Although a Covid-19 test is not required for travels to Iceland. Rich Events, requires all group attendees to take a Covid-19 test 72 hours prior to our departure.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Men are welcome to join this travel event
  • Mandatory Infrastructure tax, $5 per person per night, will be collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out. rates are subject to change without notice.
  •  U.S. citizens must obtain a multiple-entry visa. While this can be obtained on arrival, it is highly recommended to apply and pay $100 per person in advance through the Tanzania eVisa Portal. 
  • All visitors to Zanzibar (excluding residents) must have mandatory Inbound Travel Insurance from Zanzibar Insurance Corporation priced at $44 per person. This insurance ensures your peace of mind during your stay, offering comprehensive coverage for emergencies such as medical evacuations and repatriation.
