How To Reserve Your Trip
A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $100.00 per person is due by July 29, 2026.
Early Bird Gets the Worm! I strongly encourage everyone to book as early as possible. Booking early
helps secure your room category and allows you to spread your payments out over several months,
making the trip much easier to budget.
If you would like to purchase travel insurance, the cost of the insurance plan you select must be paid at
the time of your initial deposit. Travel insurance pricing varies depending on the coverage you choose.
After your $100 deposit, your remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments of $100 due on
the 23rd of each month, with no payment due in December because of the holiday season.
The April 23rd, 2027 payment will be your final payment, adjusted to cover any remaining balance.
Final payments are subject to cancellation if final payment is not paid by the due date.
Final payment extensions are at the sole discretion of the travel vendor and not Rich Events.
A valid Passport is required to travel to Mexico
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
