PAYMENT DETAILS

A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $200.00 per person is due to reserve your space. A 2nd deposit of $500.00 per person is due June 18, 2026.


Final payment due: August 18, 2026. If you're adding Pre Departure Protection to your reservation, the deposit is $290.00 per person.


Travelers will receive an Invoice Approval outlining their trip details and the agency’s Terms & Conditions before any payment is processed. This document is not a receipt and does not display payment amounts; it serves as authorization to proceed with the deposit. Your deposit will not be processed and your reservation is not confirmed until the agency has received your Invoice Approval.

Price is subject to change until a deposit has been made to reserve your space. ​

RESERVATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions.
  • You are required to register your full name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are encouraged to make their initial deposit together.  If payment is not deposited on the same day of the lead passenger, the lead passenger will booked as a single occupancy.  Any revisions to the reservation will incur a $55.00 reservation revision fee at the time of booking, along with the initial deposit.
  • All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • ​A valid Passports is required in order to travel to Jamaica.
  • In order to keep your reservation active, please make your payments according to the payment schedule to avoid cancellation.
  • ​Name changes or additions to the reservation are allowed up until final payment. These changes will incur a fee of $55.00 revision. Reservations revisions are prohibited after final payment.
  • ​If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest(s) added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Canceled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is due at the time of cancellation unless other arrangements have been made with our agency. Your reservation will remain active with our supplier until the cancelation fee has been received. This can result in a delay in any refunds from the supplier, and or you incurring additional fees.​​​

TRAVELERS CHECKLIST

  • Communication is key. It is the travelers responsibility to notify Rich Events of any changes to your mailing or email address.
  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
  • Enroll in the S.T.E.P (Smart Traveler Enrollment) Program
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended.
  • ​Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents will be sent via mail 20 days or earlier prior to travel.
