How To Reserve Your Trip
A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $100.00 per person is due by December 19, 2025.

Early Bird Deposit $50.00 per person from now until November 30, 2025.

Monthly Payments are required to keep your reservation active.
Reservations are considered inactive if the minimum monthly payments are not paid, and will be subject to cancelation.

MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Resort View Rooms- Minimum Monthly Payments Are $150 Per Person
Ocean View Rooms- Minimum Monthly Payments are $200 Per Person
Ocean Front Walk Out Rooms- Minimum Monthly Payments are $250 Per Person

** All Payments Are Due by the 10th of Each Month, Beginning in January 2026**

FINAL BALANCE DUE APRIL 10, 2026

Reservations are subject to cancellation if reservation is not paid in full by the due date.
​Final payment extensions are at the sole discretion of the travel vendor and not Rich Events.

A valid Passport is required to travel to Jamaica.  
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions .
  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together. If payment is not received the same day of the lead passenger, the additional guest(s) will incur a $55.00 reservation revision fee when added to the reservation.
  • All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • All payments to Rich Events are ​non-refundable and non-transferable. This  is because Rich Events has contractual agreements with cruise lines, hotels,
    airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly
    payments.​​
  • ​Please contact Rich Events of missed payment or cancellation in writing. If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment Rich Events will assume
    that you have canceled your reservation and no refunds will be issued.    ​
  •  ​​​Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
  • ​Name changes or additions are allowed for a revision fee of $55.00 up until the final payment date. Reservations revisions are prohibited after final payment.
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest(s) added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Cancelled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee.
  • Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore we recommend purchasing Travel Protection. Your current medical insurance may not cover any medical issues you may incur during international travel.

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

  • ​​Communication is key. It is the travelers responsibility to notify Rich Events of any changes to your mailing or email address.
  • ​Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents will be sent via mail 20 days or earlier prior to travel.
