 Thanks to everyone who has traveled with us over the past few years for our annual trip
for Lindra’s Birthday. We are sincerely apologetic for not having an event this year and
want to make it up to you by making this Birthday one for the Books! Next year we will
be traveling to St. Maarten and then spending a day in Aguilla! You get to visit two
islands for the price of one!

Enjoy the all-inclusive, fun-for-all-ages Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino & Spa in
Sint Maarten, located minutes from the airport overlooking famed Maho Bay. The 420-
room resort is set on a ten-acre beachfront property offering a variety of
accommodations, first-rate amenities, and stellar personalized service for singles,
couples, families and groups.  

​The resort features the Oasis Pool with swim-up bar, Beach House Kids Club and Aqua
Park, five restaurants and a pizzeria, five bars, Serenity Spa, fitness center, and
complete meeting and weddings facilities. A dazzling entertainment program with live
music, daytime and evening activities, and a fitness and well-being program that
elevates your vacation experience from memorable to unforgettable.
The great news is the price is only $800 per person (Must be in a double or triple room) 
Children from ages 2-5 are only $200 and ages 6-12 $500!!!

A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $100.00 per person is due by October 30, 2026.
Early Bird Deposit $50.00 per person from now until October 29, 2025.

Final payments are subject to cancellation if final payment is not paid by the due date.
​Final payment extensions are at the sole discretion of the travel vendor and not Rich Events. 

A valid Passport is required to travel to St. Maarten & Anguilla.  
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

reservation terms & conditions

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions .
  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together. If payment is not received the same day of the lead passenger, the additional guest(s) will incur a $55.00 reservation revision fee when added to the reservation.
  • All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • All payments to Rich Events are ​non-refundable and non-transferable. This  is because Rich Events has contractual agreements with cruise lines, hotels,
    airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly
    payments.​​
  • ​Please contact Rich Events of missed payment or cancellation in writing. If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment Rich Events will assume
    that you have canceled your reservation and no refunds will be issued.    ​
  •  ​​​Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
  • ​Name changes or additions are allowed for a revision fee of $55.00 up until the final payment date. Reservations revisions are prohibited after final payment.
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest(s) added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Canceled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee.
  • Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore we recommend purchasing Travel Protection. Your current medical insurance may not cover any medical issues you may incur during international travel.

TRAVEL CHECKLIST
  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
  • ​Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Information will be provided.
  • ​​Communication is key. It is the travelers responsibility to notify Rich Events of any changes to your mailing or email address.
  • ​Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents will be sent via mail 20 days or earlier prior to travel.
