How To Reserve Your Trip
A non-refundable initial deposit of $75.00 per person is due at the time of booking.
 Please add your 3-digit security code (CVV) in the comments section of the booking form to complete your payment process. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

Final Payment is Due: May 3, 2025
Final payments are subject to cancellation if final payment is not paid by the due date.

A valid Passport is required to travel to Panama.  If you do not have a Passport at the time of booking, please apply for it immediately to ensure that it is received before your departure date. 
You will not be able to travel if you do not have your Passport by the date of departure. 

reservation terms & conditions

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions .
  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together. If payment is not received the same day of the lead passenger, the lead passenger will be booked as a single occupancy. A $55.00 reservation revision fee will be charged to the traveler added to the reservation. This fee is due at the time of booking with the deposit.
  • All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • All payments to Rich Events are ​non-refundable and non-transferable. This  is because Rich Events has contractual agreements with cruise lines, hotels,
    airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly
    payments.​​
  • ​Please contact Rich Events if you plan to miss a payment or are canceling your reservation in writing. If no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment, Rich Events will assume
    that you have canceled your reservation and no refunds will be issued.    ​
  •  ​​​Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank "VISA" page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
  • ​Name changes or additions are allowed for a revision fee of $55.00 up until the final payment date. Reservations revisions are prohibited after final payment.
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest(s) added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Cancelled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee.
  • Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore we recommend purchasing Travel Protection. Your current medical insurance may not cover any medical issues you may incur during international travel.

TRAVEL CHECKLIST
  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid six months beyond your travel dates. Please take a look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

  • ​​Communication is key. It is the travelers responsibility to notify Rich Events of any changes to your mailing or email address.
  • All communication regarding your group trip from Rich Events will be via email correspondence. Please make sure that you're checking your email on a consistent basis for any updates or changes to the details of your group trip experience.
  • ​Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel documents will be sent via mail 20 days or earlier prior to travel.
