still at Playlist Productions. All around this cruise ship you'll discover even more ways to
stay cool, like an adult-only pool at Serenity, a fun-only midship pool featuring a
retractable roof, plus Carnival Pride's splashy onboard waterpark, Carnival WaterWorks ™ .
Alongside the pool is the big-screen, big-fun Carnival Seaside Theater ™ , while Seuss at
Sea ™  is a good time for kids who love a good rhyme too. (Like we do!) Camp Ocean ® , Circle

Reservation Terms & Conditions

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our agency Terms and Conditions.
  • You are required to register your name as it appears on your Passport along with your date of birth when making your reservation.  
  • Roommates are required to make their initial deposit together.  If this is not possible, the lead passenger reservation will reflect as a "single occupancy" until his/her roommate has made a deposit.  Additional guest(s) added onto the reservation after the lead passenger initial deposit, will incur a $55.00 reservation revision fee. This fee is not added to your reservation.All guest(s) on the reservation must be up to date with his/her payments.  
  • All payments to Rich Events are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Rich Events has contractual agreements with cruise lines, hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments.​
  • A passport is not required for this sailing. Valid State Identification along with a Birth Certificate or a Passport Card can be used to sail. 
  • Name changes or additions are allowed up until the final payment date. A revision of of $55.00 per revision is due at the time of change along with all other supplier fees.
  • Please contact Rich Events if you plan to miss a payment or need to cancel your reservation in writing. If you missed a payment, and no contact is made within 7 days of the missed payment, Rich Events will assume that you have canceled your reservation and no refunds will be issued.
  • If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate.  Any new guest added to reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date in addition to the Reservation Revision Fee of $55.00.
  • Canceled reservations will incur a $100.00PP cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is due at the time of cancellation unless other arrangements have been made with our agency. Your reservation will remain active with our supplier until the cancelation fee has been received. This can result in a delay in any refunds from the supplier, and or you incurring additional fees.​​

Missing a vacation is bad enough...losing the money you paid for your vacation is even
worse. Carnival's Vacation Protection provides coverage for trip cancellation/interruption
for a variety of reasons. Travel Insurance options will be provided at time of booking.
